The conference was held to bring the many powers of this world a little closer as well, and it had worked until now.

There had mostly been no need to make someone fight against someone else until now. Even when it came to the matters related to the tyrants that considered themselves the ruler of this world or when it came to the followers of the darkness and evil, the matters had always been somewhat resolvable through many mutual agreements that might not be acceptable morally or ethically.

In this place, every monarch had to make some decisions and those who could not accept those important decisions were either dealt with democratically, or with the forced authority of the organisers and the individuals who held the most influence in this world– people who were referred to in this setting as <Ministers>.

Holding a great responsibility, this unique position was changed every decade to keep things and check and to give legitimacy to only those who could use their power for the sake of the vast world without prejudice or personal point of views.

The Authority of the headmaster as one of the only few Archmages of this world, as the headmaster of the academy, as the spokesperson for the divinities who look after the island of magic\'s wealth, and as someone who had earned everything that he owned along with the authority that was granted to him not by the people of this world but, by this very world itself.

There were times when they had to place some limitations on the kind and type of the questions one can ask and how frequently one can ask questions in a sitting, but there were not going to be any limitations like that this time around.

They needed to discuss a lot of things and questions were going to be needed. They were a need this time around so even the headmaster knew that limiting the questions would be a big problem for them and for the ones who will be presenting the important matters today.

It was not an uncommon thing for new technology to appear in this kind of setting. They were pretty familiar with this kind of stuff already so they did not think much about this instruction– which will soon change as the headmaster already knew about it.

Discussion among the participants is allowed when done before the rest of them. A covert or internal discussion was prohibited here and if someone was found bickering and disturbing others, they would be restricted by the <Ministers\'> authority.

There was nothing too complex about these instructions since there was no need to explain every little thing to these experienced and smart people, but the headmaster still followed the protocol and explained everything to them.

Use of any kind of skill or magic without permission was prohibited, if someone wanted to ask a question when someone was talking, they would have to press the button that was attached to their seats.

There will be an unknown number of presentations happening this time around so, until the last presentations none of them will know if that is the last presentation or not.

They did not have all the time in the world since the rest of the world walked on their time, so they needed to make sure they do not stretch any topic for more than a certain time so that they can finish everything as soon as possible.

The main agenda today was the demonic cultists, however, since the presentations were chosen by not just the headmaster but many other individuals, there were some presentations that were not necessary to either the conference or to the main agenda today.

They needed to do a lot in the short time they had and pushing the conference any more than a week would only mean they are giving those evil lurking around the shadows a golden opportunity to take away everything that they were trying to protect here.

They could not stay away from their positions for too long, so as the headmaster and the rest of them understood, they did not have any time to waste in this place.
